Absinthe Green – “Of Love and Pain” (album)
September 19 – Greek alternative metal band Absinthe Green have released their debut album Of Love and Pain. Emerging first as the personal project of songwriter and producer Eirini “Absinthe Green” in 2016, the band has since grown into a full lineup blending alternative metal, hard rock, and emotional intensity. Produced by Hiili Hiilesmaa, Of Love and Pain dives into themes of love, grief, and redemption, weaving heavy guitars, dynamic rhythms, and vocals that shift between fragility and power.
Orchid Sanction – “Another Circle of Life” (single)
September 26 – Newcomers Orchid Sanction have released their second single, “Another Circle of Life.” The band is still young, but their sound already shows a lot of potential for the future. Fronted by powerful vocalist Defne Evren, Orchid Sanction first debuted earlier this year with their first single. If you’re a fan of progressive and gothic metal, you should check this song out.
April Art – “Not Sorry” (Live Video)
September 29 – German alternative metal band April Art have released the live video for “Not Sorry”, recorded at Summer Breeze Open Air 2025. The clip captures the band’s connection with their audience, full of energy and excitement, just days before they kick off their Burn The Whole Tour 2025 with League of Distortion across Germany.
LUTHER – “Next Time Send a Killer” (EP)
June 13 – Berlin-based alternative metal band LUTHER has released their debut EP Next Time Send a Killer, a two-track burst of genre-bending energy fusing metalcore, djent, and trap metal. The lead single, also titled “Next Time Send a Killer,” comes with a striking music video and delivers gritty grooves, powerful guitars, and raw, emotive vocals that set the tone for the EP’s themes of survival, defiance, and resistance.
