Norwegian heavy metal band Triosphere released their highly anticipated studio album, Oceans Above, Stars Below, on August 28 via Frontiers Music Srl. Coinciding with the arrival of the record, the group shared an official visualizer video for the focus track “Through The Phantom Wall.” The new single delivers a heavy, mid tempo atmosphere filled with drama, with vocalist Ida Haukland explaining that the lyrics explore how humanity has historically designed and perished within illusory walls.

The new album serves as the long-awaited continuation of the melodic power progressive sound the band established upon forming in 2004. Expanding on the foundation built by founders Marius Bergesen and Haukland, the current lineup is completed by guitarist Tor Ole Byberg and drummer Kenneth Tårneby. To capture their most intense album to date, the band recorded drums and vocals with Alexander Backlund at Fascination Street Studios before enlisting legendary producer Jens Bogren to handle the final mix, resulting in a meticulously crafted release that balances aggressive thrash elements with soaring melodic hooks.
