In our continuous efforts to promote women in Metal and Rock as well as feminist issues, we have decided to put the Metalympics event on hiatus this year and work on rebranding it.
Metalympics has undergone several changes since its beginning, including name and format changes. The event that brings Metal and Rock fans together to solve trivia quizzes and compete with other fans helped us make friends and meet a lot of people who share our passion. Unfortunately, as preparing the event requires a lot of effort and time, it reduces the time we can afford to spend on our main goals at FemMetal.
Metalympics will return in 2024 with a new format that will help us continue to create unforgettable moments while we keep serving our community.
