The final day of the Summerside Festival was nothing short of electrifying, with Bruce Dickinson as the headliner. Despite the persistent rain and muddy grounds, the spirit of the festival-goers remained unshaken. Laughter, music, and camaraderie filled the air, proving that a little rain can’t dampen the joy of live music. Dive into our photo report to relive the unforgettable moments from this extraordinary day! The photos are, as usual, by Silvio Colombo. A big thank you to the organization for hosting us!

Bruce Dickinson
Not every day, do you get to see a legend in front of your eyes, so it is particularly special when you do. And being the first time we saw Bruce Dickinson with his solo project, it was even more meaningful. The setlist of the show included many tracks from “The Mandrake Project”, his latest release, and obviously also some from his previous works. He funnily addressed the audience that even if they didn’t know the songs, he wouldn’t have cared at all. That is what a true rockstar would have said, so Bruce is a heavy metal legend for all intents and purposes. He even delighted us with a cover of The Edgar Winter Group “Frankenstein“. From “Abduction” to “The Tower“, Dickinson jumped, sang and moved on stage like a circus man. He had such energy and spirit that many younger performers do not possess, and we must praise him for this. His magnificent band was also very engaging and interactive with the crowd, always hyping up the morale and vibing to each track. It was the perfect ending to this spectacular day of performances. All hail Bruce Dickinson!
