The transatlantic duo formed by Diane Dubois and Kevin Hunter, both veterans of the Gothic scene of the northern United Kingdom, Lunar Paths, was formed in 2021 through social networks. Despite the distance that separates them (she in the U.S.A. and he in Europe), they have achieved a fluid and creative musical collaboration in recent years.
Their work process is completely digital: they exchange ideas, recordings, and mixes through online platforms, creating a unique atmosphere that fuses analogue and digital.
This week, they presented their new work in the form of a single accompanied by a music video in black and white tones: “Rolling.”
Its characteristic cinematic atmosphere, reminiscent of a cabaret, is present throughout the video.
A captivating Diane appears dressed both elegantly and extravagantly—long and shiny dress, a transparent shawl, a giant crown that resembles the Sun itself, and a multitude of lights dancing to the beat of the music.
Like all their previous works, “Rolling” has an identity of its own that speaks for itself and won’t leave its listeners indifferent.
