The international symphonic metal band Catalyst Crime has returned with force following their self-titled debut, unveiling their new video “Cursebreaker”, the first preview of their highly anticipated second album, set to be released in spring 2026 through Massacre Records. Combining symphonic, progressive, and cinematic elements, Catalyst Crime solidifies its place in the contemporary metal scene with a sound that merges musical power and great narrative power.
Formed in 2017, the band features the powerful vocals of American singer Zoe Marie Federoff (ex‑Cradle of Filth) and the precise drumming of Gerit Lamm (ex‑Xandria). They are joined by composer and keyboardist Jonah Weingarten (Pyramaze, Aries Descendant), who contributes orchestral arrangements, along with guitarists Chena Roxx and Kaelen Sarakinis and bassist Matt Federoff, creating a lineup capable of blending melody, strength, and epic atmosphere.
