The European dark and electronic scene is gearing up for an unmissable event this January: ULTRA SUNN, the Belgian duo that has revolutionized darkwave and post-punk with analog synthesizers, drum machines, and immersive atmospheres, will perform in Spain. LADIVINA, an emerging darkwave project, is expected to open the night, adding energy and personality as a supporting act.
Formed in Brussels in late 2019 by Sam Huge and Gaelle Souflet, ULTRA SUNN combines the legacy of EBM, New Beat, and post-punk with a contemporary vision of dark electronic music. With their debut album US and the upcoming release The Beast in You, the duo has toured across Europe and the Americas, establishing themselves as a reference in the alternative dark scene. Their productions stand out for both the rhythmic strength of their beats and the depth of their lyrics, exploring identity, anxiety, and social themes from a dark and danceable perspective.
LADIVINA, meanwhile, is expected to serve as the opening act with an enveloping sound that blends shoegaze, darkwave, and post-punk. Their minimalist, atmospheric approach creates a perfect bridge to ULTRA SUNN’s intensity, preparing the audience for a night filled with shadows, synthesizers, and dark energy.
Both bands will share the stage in two dates in Spain in January 2026:
• Madrid – Friday, January 23, 2026, at Sala Nazca Live, Calle Orense 24. Doors open: 8:00 PM.
• Barcelona – Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Sala Wolf, Carrer dels Almogàvers 88. Doors open: 8:00 PM.
