Gothenburg death metal band Sacreligious has released a ferocious new single titled “Vile.” The track serves as the first official preview from their highly anticipated debut album, Brutality Incarnated, which is scheduled for an independent release on September 25. Driven by blistering guitars, savage vocal deliveries from Felix Dahllöf, and relentless speed, the new song injects their distinct personality into the classic Swedish extreme metal sound.

Formed in 2024, the five-piece group channels the rotten foundations of early Swedish death metal while embracing the modern brutality of acts like Sanguisugabogg. Completed by guitarists William Alvarsson and Hugo Rahm, bassist Nellie Taghizade, and drummer Filip Staberg, the band recorded the upcoming Brutality Incarnated at the legendary Studio Fredman in their hometown. Following a rapid rise through the local underground scene, Sacreligious is preparing to celebrate the arrival of their new album with a major release show in Stockholm this September.
