New England-based rock and metal band Anaria have surprised fans with the release of their latest single, “Your Vampire”, which arrived on September 18, 2026, accompanied by a brand-new official music video.
Known for combining modern hard rock, gothic influences, symphonic elements and cinematic atmosphere, Anaria have developed a distinctive identity that goes far beyond their music. Their songs are closely connected to a strong visual concept, with theatrical imagery, elaborate costumes and dramatic performances forming an important part of the band’s artistic world.
At the centre of the project is vocalist and songwriter Jessica Mercy, joined by Sergio Salvucci and Dan Spinney on guitars, Matt Frotten on bass and Johnathan Jena on drums.
Anaria have built their identity around a particularly hands-on creative approach. The members are deeply involved in shaping the band’s image, including creating and putting together many of their own outfits and developing the concepts behind their visual productions. Their theatrical style has become one of the group’s most recognisable characteristics. Costumes, make-up, dramatic settings and cinematic imagery are not simply used as decoration, but form part of the world the band creates around its music.
That same independent spirit extends to their audiovisual work. Anaria produce much of their own video, photography and audio content, giving them direct control over how their music is presented visually. Vocalist Jessica Mercy and guitarist Sergio Salvucci are also associated with Wildthorn Productions, their own production company, through which they have developed professional visual productions for the band. This DIY approach allows Anaria to maintain a strong connection between the music they create and the visual stories that accompany it, resulting in a style that feels carefully crafted from the ground up.
On September 18, 2026, Anaria added a new chapter to that world with “Your Vampire”. The new song arrives together with an official music video, once again putting the band’s theatrical and cinematic side at the forefront. The visual production provides a natural extension of Anaria’s aesthetic, combining performance and imagery to create a darker atmosphere around the new release.
