UK-based Symphonic Power Metal act, SheWolf, has won the category Best Breakthrough Metal Act in 2022. SheWolf who signed with Frontiers Records and released their self-titled debut album in 2022 received the most votes among a group of talented young musicians who excelled last year.

The nominees for Best Breakthrough Metal Act were:

The result was announced by False Memories guitarist, Moreno Palmisano.
