Valkyrie’s Fire Announces New Album ‘Out of Darkness’; Releases “Burning Sky” Single

by | Jun 14, 2026

Nashville symphonic power metal band Valkyrie’s Fire has officially announced their upcoming full-length album, Out of Darkness. Ahead of the record’s release, the band dropped a new lead single titled “Burning Sky” this past Friday. The track features guest vocal contributions from Mikael Sehlin of the Swedish metal band Amaranthe. To accompany the single, the band is scheduled to premiere an official music video for the track this upcoming Tuesday, June 16.

Operating out of Nashville, Tennessee, the group focuses on a heavy, cinematic sound that blends traditional power metal instrumentation with grand orchestral arrangements. The new track highlights this sonic direction, contrasting the band’s driving guitar work and symphonic elements with Sehlin’s aggressive vocal delivery. Production duties for the new album and its lead single were handled by Joey Grimaldi.

Out of Darkness is scheduled for release later this year on September 18 via Eclipse Records, with physical and digital distribution handled by The Orchard. The lead preview track, “Burning Sky,” is currently available to stream across all major digital platforms ahead of Tuesday’s video premiere.
