Greek dark atmospheric metal band ELYSION has released a new single and accompanying music video titled “Guardian Angel.” The track arrives alongside the official announcement of the group’s fourth full-length studio album, Identity, which is scheduled for release on October 16 via Massacre Records.

Musically, the new track blends the band’s signature atmospheric darkness with soaring melodies and driving rhythms. Thematically, “Guardian Angel” delivers a message of resilience and strength, while the official music video focuses specifically on the issue of child abuse, highlighting the urgent need to create a safer world for children.

Produced by Fotis Benardo alongside the band at Devasoundz Studio, the upcoming record was conceived to celebrate the Greek quartet’s twenty-year history as a group. Identity explores concepts of self-discovery, personal struggle, and unity, and features notable guest vocal appearances from Rotting Christ frontman Sakis Tolis on the track “Harvest” and Konstantinos Togas of Nightrage on “The Last Ride.”
